Optical dissolved oxygen sensor

Optical dissolved oxygen sensors can provide reliable dissolved oxygen measurement over a long service life without the need to replace the membrane, replenish electrolyte solutions, or clean the anode. Maintaining the sensor is as simple as replacing the optical sensor cap every 1-2 years, and since all calibration data is stored on the cap, no calibration is required. This dissolved oxygen sensor outputs Modbus/RS-485 digital signals, facilitating integration with PLC.

The membrane-based dissolved oxygen sensor measures the oxygen content in water using the electrochemical measurement principle. It features a fast response time, accurate measurement results, and simple calibration, requiring only single-point air calibration. Its large electrolyte storage tank reduces downtime caused by maintenance. This dissolved oxygen sensor directly outputs a 4-20mA analog signal or MODBUS/RS485 digital signal, facilitating integration with PLC.
