Working principle

pH value is the unit for measuring the acidity and alkalinity of a liquid medium.

Electrochemical potential is generated on the glass film of the sensor electrode, and the potential value depends on the pH value of the medium.

Hydrogen ions (H+) selectively permeate through the outer membrane, generating an electrochemical potential, that is, the potential of the electrochemical boundary layer.

The built-in Ag/AgCl reference system is used as the reference electrode.

The BT-6308 controller converts the measured voltage into the corresponding pH display value.

Automatic cleaning function

The pH sensor can be optionally equipped with an additional automatic cleaning device. In industries such as sewage treatment plants and food preparation, users can set the time and frequency of automatic cleaning by themselves, and use the sensor to achieve the function of automatic cleaning, thereby extending the service life of the sensor.
