The BT6308-Turb Online Turbidity Analyzer adopts a 90° scattered light turbidity measurement method that complies with the ISO7027-EN27027 standard. It can detect the true turbidity situation in water bodies and provide users with stable, accurate and low-maintenance sensor measurements. The sensor is equipped with a light source and three detectors (one light source detector, one scattered light detector and one lens cleaning status detector). The infrared beam is directed towards the medium through the light source detector, and the scattered light detector is used to measure the 90° scattered light from the sample and convert it into an electrical signal proportional to the turbidity of the sample. The sensor adopts an infrared light source, and the turbidity measurement is not affected by the color of the medium. This structural design enables the turbidity water quality analyzer to accurately and reliably measure the turbidity in water. Single-point calibration can achieve accurate calibration without the need for "zero-point" calibration. The optional automatic cleaning system effectively keeps the optical surface clean and significantly reduces the amount of daily maintenance.
To keep the sensor probe clean, the Bebur turbidity sensor is equipped with a cleaning nozzle. Water is sprayed to clean the optical window. According to the cleaning time preset by the customer, automatic cleaning can be achieved.
