Haikou Yanchunling Domestic Waste Landfill

颜The Chunling Domestic Waste Landfill is located in the Laocheng Economic Development Zone of Chengmai County. It is a harmless domestic waste landfill designed and constructed in accordance with standards, with a designed storage capacity of 3.0374 million cubic meters. Due to various reasons, the Yan Chunling Domestic Waste Landfill has been operating at full capacity for a long time. When it was shut down at the end of December 2020, its storage capacity had reached 4.5043 million cubic meters. It forms a "small hill" about 55 meters higher than the road surface. In 2022, Haikou initiated the ecological restoration project of the Yan Chunling Landfill. The main construction contents include the excavation and transportation of super-capacity garbage, the standardized closure of the remaining garbage, and the vertical anti-seepage and barrier system project, etc. The contract period is from February 2022 to June 2025.

In the digital command center of the Yan Chunling project jointly built by Haikou City Investment Company and the construction unit, there are three modules: the digital comprehensive control center, the safety production command center, and the ecological and environmental protection monitoring center. It conducts online monitoring of harmful gases, dust, and the environment at the factory boundary. All monitoring equipment and digital platforms achieve information sharing. Relevant units can view all kinds of information and real-time data of the Yan Chunling project through the mobile App. Every month, the city investment company entrusts professional testing institutions to conduct tests on the sensitive points around the Yan Chunling Ecological Restoration project, organized and unorganized gas emissions at the factory boundary, and groundwater, and issues test reports。
