Driven by the dual forces of the digital economy and the "dual carbon" goals, liquid cooling technology is becoming a core breakthrough in fields such as precision electronics, data centers, new energy, and AI computing power. From July 30th to 31st, 2025, Bebur showcased its liquid cooling system cleanliness guardian - the particle counter at the 4th China Liquid Cooling Full Chain Supply Chain Summit, engaging in discussions with industry leaders, technical experts, and ecosystem partners on the heat dissipation revolution and empowering a green future!

As a world-leading provider of water quality and gas detection solutions, Bebur was honored to be invited to attend this conference. It systematically demonstrated the specific application and core value of particle counters in liquid cooling systems, contributing to the high-quality development of the industry. During the conference, the Bebur particulate matter counter attracted the attention of many participants and was highly regarded.
The liquid cooling system directly or indirectly removes heat through liquid circulation, but particulate contaminants in the liquid may cause blockage, corrosion, reduced heat dissipation efficiency, and even system failure. Therefore, the application of liquid particle counters in liquid cooling systems is particularly crucial, especially in scenarios with high power density and precise heat dissipation requirements.
The Bebur liquid particle counter can simultaneously monitor the particle size and corresponding quantity of 8 channels. It adopts the principle of light blockage and can monitor particles with a particle size range of 2-750μm. By real-time monitoring of the particle concentration and size distribution in the coolant (such as ≥2µm, ≥5µm, ≥15µm), it is made to meet the relevant cleanliness grades. It can also perform preventive maintenance. When the particle concentration exceeds the standard, an alarm will be triggered, and the filtration system will be linked to automatically purify, avoiding the risk of shutdown.
